VELO Bicycles
For those of you that have not been to VELO Bicycles or to this site before, here is a little bit of background about us. We originally opened September 15th 2001 in Grange, one of Brisbane’s inner Northern suburbs. After seven years we have now relocated just around the corner into the popular Wilston Village.
When we first opened our main goal was to create a "bike shop" a little different from the rest.
I think it is fair to say that right from day one we managed to achieve this and now in our new premises we think we have gone to go to another level again.
Our experience was extensive even before we opened the first VELO having worked in both bicycle wholesale and retail and also having raced nationally and internationally. Now further on we have increased our knowledge by maintaining a relationship with and servicing the same brands we started with all those years ago. Of course we have grown and now sell additional products, but have also been very selective about what we have added to our stable.

Our new shop is located in a popular shopping precinct, with plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants close by. We are situated on a corner block, with street and private parking. The shop itself is a "Commercial Character" building that has been refurbished with a new architectural part added as well. The colours, lay out everything was a "team" effort and the finished result is really a bicycle retail outlet you will love to visit, many are saying it is one of the best in Australia.
